I’m talking about data breaches and other forms of internet crime that have become a part of life in the 21st century. You don’t have to look very far to find another instance of data records being compromised, people young and old falling victim to email scams, phishing attacks being leveraged to gain access to online accounts and the latest cyber-bullying incident.

No matter the specifics of the crime, they all have a couple of things in common. Although the methods used by the perpetrators are new and evolving, the victims are still human beings.

That’s what Secure Being is all about.  Our mission is to offer advice, support and services to folks who may already have been victims of cyber crime, and to those who want to do everything they can to make sure they are as well protected as they can be.
